This is a deep guided meditation with a visual prompt. The goal is to guide you into gratitude and appreciation for your power to heal yourself. Awareness is the key. You will feel better.

Do you know we all have been blessed with all the gifts? We will express some of them more than others in this lifetime. Which ones did you choose? Lets find out! You will feel pure joy and freedom when you are living your truth in these gifts. You are probably expressing them in some way but perhaps not fully in alignment with your calling.

Do you know your guides? They are always ready to assist you. All you have to do is ask. There are some safeguards in place and perimeters you need to navigate to be able to have a clear connection. I will teach you how to be safe and discern who your guides are and how you can connect. They are so excited to help. Lets open up your soul support system!

Do you know how the energy centers in you body work? This meditation taps into the ancient knowledge of your inner power grid that has been lost. You will feel yourself “come online” as you heal and activate this medicine.

Before we can manifest the best for ourselves we have to undo the damage done by many false programs. Your operating system is full of defunct programs, viruses and glitches that make it impossible to have clarity and trust the information coming your way. I will guide you through a safe, debugging session and we will reset your operating system to the newest, cleanest, fastest version available to you.

At every chakra gate you have a totem animal spirit whose medicine is meant to help you on your spiritual journey. Tap into this and life will make much more sense. This is a fun, shamanic journey of discovery. Some will make sense and some will be a surprise!

This is a fun adventure into connecting even deeper with nature. Yes, we have plant totem spirits who help us too. Their medicine is specific and as varied as the blades of grass. We will journey into this world with respect and gratitude and find out who your power Plants/Trees are.

The land will tell you what she needs. I will teach you how to listen. There is much human caused trauma in the land and only humans can clear it. This trauma can get stuck in people and animals so I will lead you on a journey of discovery to discern what energies need your help. This practice needs to be safe for you too so you will learn how to practice with balance and flow.

These sessions are specifically led by my Ancient Spirit Guide, Buddy the Horse. You may feel, hear or see him. The heart center of the horse is naturally empathic and HUGE! There is so much gentle compassion available in these sessions for healing grief on many levels. In these sessions usually huge burdens of pain and grief are lifted from you as your animal guides reveal themselves as helpers to carry the burdens weighing on your soul. You will receive insights on how to process trauma that is holding you back.

Much of the trauma stored in our DNA is generations old. We are acting on it as if it is ours but have no context as to why or how it is influencing us. This deep clearing goes back several generations with a surprise twist that is so empowering! You will understand yourself so much better and have more compassion for yourself and humanity after this healing.
